We review your forms, procedures and processes to determine the best areas for application and re-build your forms electronically. Procedural information is embedded directly into the forms, to provide in-hand at the work face. We work with your Project Management Team to structure field reporting which will provide you daily project insight.
Our Field Experts apply our simplification principles to every aspect of the project, finding opportunities to improve the way we execute work each day. To kick off the service, our team undergoes the following steps.
- Baseline your current methods of data collection, reporting and storage of information
- Confirm areas of integration for field tools and enhanced project reporting
- Align on key metrics for daily project tracking and reporting on project progress
- Align on output of documentation and records from the field for quality, safety, health administrative and project status
- Review and approve integrated Industrial Audit forms, report templates and work flows
Once a detailed summary of the service to be delivered has been flushed out, our team moves forward with personnel training and fully supported field implementation.
